Our team
Mary Louise Lenahan, MD
Dr. Mary Louise Lenahan is a Buffalo native and third generation doctor. She graduated from medical school in 1979, and completed her residency in dermatology at SUNY Buffalo. In 1985, Dr. Lenahan opened her private practice in Buffalo and has been treating patients with care for the past 35 years and counting. She is currently the Chief of Dermatology for the Catholic Health System, a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a member of the Buffalo-Rochester Dermatology Society. Dr. Lenahan has always prided herself in being an honest, hardworking dermatologist whose main concern is her patient’s wellbeing. As an experienced dermatological surgeon, she performs procedures daily on benign, pre-cancerous and cancerous lesions. Whether it is examining every mole on a patient, or meticulously performing cosmetic procedures, patients can be certain that Dr. Lenahan continually strives for perfection.
Luke Lennox, MD
Dr. Lennox grew up in Rochester and attended University at Buffalo for medical school. He completed his dermatology residency in Cleveland at Case Western Reserve University/MetroHealth Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Dermatology. In his free time he enjoys watching the Bills, playing soccer, and spending time with his wife and three kids.
Elizabeth “Betsy” Cali, FNP-BC
Before coming to Lenahan Dermatology, Betsy worked as a Registered Nurse for 20+ years in Critical Care/Emergency Department. She graduated from D’Youville with a Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner and is Board Certified by ANCC. My greatest accomplishment is being the mother of 2 boys.
Mikhala Ritz PA-C
Mikhala graduated from Daemen College Physician Assistant program and worked in primary care before joining Lenahan Dermatology. In her free time, Mikhala enjoys to exercise, especially weight lifting. She also loves spending time with her rescue dog, Mylo.
Alexandra “Lexi” Galvano, PA-C
Lexi graduated with her Master’s Degree from D’Youville College Physician Assistant program. Before working in dermatology, she previously worked in OB/GYN. Outside of work, Lexi loves spending time with family and friends. She enjoys kayaking, beach volleyball and traveling.
